EMDR Therapy
For our Allen clients, EMDR therapy provides a gentle space for trauma resolution. EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, utilizes the brain's natural mechanisms of dual attention and bilateral stimulation (such as tapping or eye movements) to bring resolution to "stuck" trauma.
